Privacy

VetMeter™ does not require user identification or log-in. But your data helps build up the aggregate statistics for your farmer association or is used directly by your vet to monitor the health of your farm. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of data. Two privacy measures that you can use are as follows: 1) Enter a nickname that will not identify your farm directly, but at the same time will be recognized by those who need to know who's data they are looking at, such as your vet; 2) Only share VetMeter™ links with those you choose to share your data with. Do not use VetMeter™ unless you are comfortable with this setting.

Terms of Use

VetMeter™ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", and no representations or warranties are made regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically, there is no representation or warranty that system alerts will be triggered without interruptions, or that it will suit your expectation. Using the system shall be taken as your agreement to full terms of use.

Limitation of Liability

VetMeter™ or any party related to it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including any damages related to non-triggering or arrival of alerts, business interruptions, unauthorized access to, or loss or leakage of data. Using the system shall be taken as your agreement to this limitation.
